Individuals practicing the Yogic Flying aspect of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi program, in contrast to controls who approximated the physical movements of the practice, showed increased broad- band EEG coherence and increased 30–32 Hz power, during the period immediately before the body lifted from the ground.
