This paper discusses how the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program brings fulfillment to the ideal of a `cosmic perspective', as expressed in Kohlberg's Stage 7, and shows that the psychophysiological basis of this state can now be clearly understood in the light of scientific research on the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program.
