The number of months practicing the TM-Sidhi program and the clarity of TM-Sidhi experiences were associated with higher creativity and intelligence.

Increases in EEG coherence were found from an eyes-closed pre-control period to the practice of the Transcendental Meditation technique, and from the practice of Transcendental Meditation to the practice of the TM-Sidhi techniques, while a decrease was found from the practice of the TM-Sidhi techniques to a post-control period with eyes closed, indicating that the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program increases the orderliness of neurological functioning.

EEG coherence, age-related psychological variables, and the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme. Departments of Neurophysiology and Psychology, MERU Research Institute, Mentmore, Buckinghamshire, England, 1983.
This study demonstrates the importance of EEG coherence in relation to the improvements in age-related psychological variables which are known to result from the practice of the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi program, thus emphasizing the importance of neurophysiological integration in the reversal of aging.

- 1989· Empirical· Collected Papers Vol. 4Beresford, M. S.; and Clements, G. The group dynamics of consciousness and the UK stock market. MERU Research Institute, Mentmore, Buckinghamshire, England, 1983.
Peaks of participation in the group dynamics of consciousness were found to be associated with increases in the major U.K. stock market index, reflecting greater optimism and confidence in British business and industry.
